Refund Policy

At Mingus Audio we sell digital products, therefore we don’t offer automatic refunds.

However, we want you to be happy about your purchase. In cases where it makes sense (such as impossibility to install Mingus, etc..), we will refund you (*excluding the payment transaction fee, which is held by a third party and may not be refunded).

If you encounter any problems with your Mingus Audio Software please contact us we will be happy to assist you asap.
